1 Sprig(s)

Thyme

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Strawberry syrup

1 Oz

Beefeater gin

1 Oz

Sparkling elderflower cordial

In a shaker, put the strawberry pieces and pour the syrup and the lemon juice out. Crush those ingredients with a muddler, pour the Gin and add the thyme sprig. Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour out the content of your shaker into an old-fashioned glass. Add a few ice cubes, the sparkling Cordial and stir it well.
