A sparkling red fruits Martini...

Ingredients

Raspberries

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.25 Oz

Crème de cassis

1 Oz

Smirnoff raspberry flavored vodka

2 Oz

Sparkling wine

1 Oz

Pineapple juice

In a shaker, put the raspberries, the lemon juice and the sugar. Use a muddler to crush those ingredients. Pour the other ingredients out except the sparkling wine!!! Add ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain your cocktail out into a Martini glass and top it with the sparkling wine. Garnish, and serve.
