During this evening, you will taste 4 wines of producers from Québec region, in organic, biodynamic or natural wine in pairing with 4 cheeses from Québec

You will learn at the same time the art of matching a wine with a cheese according to ripening, texture and flavors

These evenings are the perfect opportunity to get together with one of our sommeliers for a convivial 6@8 wine & cheese or wine & tapas tasting.

The tasting will last around 2h30 and will focus on 4 Quebec wines and 4 Quebec cheeses! At the same time, you'll learn the art of pairing a wine with a cheese, based on maturation, texture and flavor.
