NEW RECIPES, Impress your guests for the holidays season with a wine-paired menu, 3 glasses of wine included
- Pan-fried foie gras, Asian broth, crisp vegetables
- Half poultry in crapaudine, contised with Tartufata butter, morel sauce, purée of potatos and green oignons
- Coconut panna cotta, exotic fruit salad, passion fruit coulis
The price includes a 2-hour cooking class and on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a unique atmosphere, as well as 3 glasses of wine selected by our sommelier during the meal; additional drinks and taxes are not included, gratuity much appreciated!
