Chic menu with pairing of our sommelier, 3 glasses of wine included

• One side only pan seared sea scallop, sautéed mushrooms and champagne sauce |
• Duck breast lacquered with maple sugar, honey granola, puree of artichoke hearts, tarragon |
• Molten dark chocolate cake, berry coulis and vanilla ice cream |

The price includes a 2-hour cooking class and on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a unique atmosphere, as well as 3 glasses of wine selected by our sommelier during the meal; additional drinks and taxes are not included, gratuity much appreciated!
