Chic menu with pairing of our sommelier, 3 glasses of wine included

• Salmon tartare, yuzu mayonnaise, chives and cucumber masago |
• Beef flank, green beans, shallots and chives Porto butter, parsnip puree and sauce marchand de vin.
• Panna cotta verrine, caramelized pineapple with rosemary crumble |

The price includes a 2-hour cooking workshop and on-site tasting of the recipes created, as well as 3 glasses of wine selected by our sommelier during the meal; additional drinks and taxes are not included, gratuity much appreciated on site!
