Recipe for 1 Cocktail

0.50 Oz

Lychee juice

1 Oz

Cranberry juice

1 Oz

Sake

1.50 Oz

Pink sparkling wine

Ice

In a shaker, pour the juices and the Sake out. Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a Martini glass, top it with the Sparkling Wine.
