For the Cocktail

0.50 Oz

Salted butter caramel

0.50 Oz

Cointreau

1 Oz

Apple juice

1 Oz

Smirnoff vanilla flavored vodka

For the salted butter caramel

100 Gr

White sugar

100 Gr

Cream

25 Gr

For the cocktail
In a shaker, pour out all the ingredients. Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour your cocktail out, through a strainer, into a Martini glass
For the salted butter caramel
In a pot, pour the sugar. Let it melt a low heat, until you get a syrupy texture and a nice amber colour. Then add the salted butter. Stir well and then add the liquid cream. Mix for 2 min and remove from heat.
