Raspberries

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

1 Oz

Sake

2 Oz

Apple juice

Ice

In a shaker, muddle the raspberrries with the lemon juice and the sugar cane.

Pour the other ingredients out, add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a cocktail (Martini) glass.
