4 Dices

Cucumber

6 Dices

Kiwi

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Elderflower cordial

1 Oz

White grape juice

1 Oz

Beefeater gin

In a shaker, put the cucumber and the kiwi dices, pour the lemon juice and the Elderflower Cordial out. Crush this mix with a muddler and pour the other ingredients out. Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the cocktail out, through a strainer, into shooter glasses.
