Mint
0.50 Oz
Lemon juice
2 Tsp
Vanilla sugar
0.25 Oz
Blue curaçao
1 Oz
Bacardi white rum
2 Oz
White cranberry juice
1 Oz
1642 tonic
- Ice
-
In a Mason Jarr, put the mint leaves, the lemon juice and the vanilla sugar.
Crush gentely this mix with a muddler.
Add the others ingrédients, EXCEPT the 1642 Tonic.
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Top with the Sparkling Wine.
