Mint

4 Dices

Ginger

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

1 Oz

Pear juice

1 Oz

Lemon flavored absolut vodka

In a shaker, put the ginger pieces, pour the lemon juice and the sugar out. Crush this mix with a muddler and pour the other ingredients out, add the whole mint leaves too. Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the cocktail out, through a strainer, into a Martini glass
