A Gin Fizz variation with spicy hint..

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

0.25 Oz

Yuzu

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

2 Oz

White cranberry juice

1 Oz

Marie victorin gin

2 Oz

7up

2 Leaf(ves)

Basil

4 Piece(s)

Beetroot

Ice

Root Fizz

In a shaker, pour the roots, the yuzu and the liquid sugar cane. Use a muddler to srush this mix. Add the other ingrédients EXCEPT, the 7Up. Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds. Strain into a Fizz glass and complete with the 7Up.
