Pistachio syrup

Tabasco jalapeno (green)

Pineapple juice

2 Oz

Pear juice

1 Oz

In a Mason Jarr, pour the lemon juice, the syrup and the pineapple pieces.
Use a muddler to crush gentelly this mix out.
Pour the other ingredients.
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
