Lemon juice
4 Dices
Ginger
1 Oz
Havana club white rum
3 Oz
Pear juice
2 Oz
Ginger ale
- Ice

In a Masson Jarr, put the mint leaves the lemon juice and the vanilla sugar.
Muddle gentelly.
Add ice cube, the White Rum & the others ingreedients.
Shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
