Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid sugar canne

1 Oz

Beefeater gin

0.25 Oz

Chartreuse verte

4 Piece(s)

Celeri

2 Leaf(ves)

Sage

2 Oz

White grape juice

2 Oz

Citrus perrier

Ice

In a shaker pour the lemon juice, the liquid sugar cane and the celeri.
Use a muddler to crush this mix.
Add the other ingredients, EXCEPT the Perrier !
Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Add ice.
Complet with the Lemon Perrier.
