0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Violet syrup

1 Oz

Beefeater gin

1 Tsp

Chopped lemongrass

2 Oz

Red cranberry juice

2 Oz

Grapefruit perrier

In a shaker pour all the ingredients, EXCEPT the Perrier !
Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Add ice.
Complet with the Perrier.
