A fruity and slightly spicy cocktail…

Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

Cucumber

4 Piece(s)

Red pepper

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Orgeat syrup

1 Oz

Havana club white rum

2 Oz

Red cranberry juice

1 Oz

Tonic water

Ice

In a shaker, put the cucumber & the red pepper pieces, pour the orgeat syrup and the lemon juice out.
Use a muddler to crush this mix gentely.
Add the other ingredients, EXCEPT the Tonic.
Shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a Fizz glass.
Add ice.
Complete with the Tonic.
