Pink grapefruit syrup
4 Unit(s)
Raspberries
1 Sprig(s)
Thyme
1 Oz
Portage gin
2 Oz
1642 tonic
- Ice
-
In a shaker, pour all the ingrédients, EXCEPT the 1642 Tonic!
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain with a strainer into a glass of champagne.
Top with the 1642 Tonic.
