Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

0.50 Oz

Lemon

0.50 Oz

Honey syrup

1.50 Oz

Hickson gin

1 Sprig(s)

Thyme

3 Oz

Apple juice

3 Oz

Fever-tree ginger beer

Ice

In a shaker, pour all the other ingredients out, except the Fever-Tree Ginger Beer.

Add the ice and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour the mix out into an Old Fashioned glass.

Top with the Ginger Beer Fever-Tree.

Stirr a little..
