Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Orange syrup

1 Sprig(s)

Thyme

1.50 Oz

Italian bitter

3 Oz

Orange-mango juice

4 Oz

Prosecco

2 Oz

Perrier peach flavour

Ice

In a shaker, put all the ingredients, except the Prosecco bubbles & the Perrier peach flavour.

Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour your entire shaker into a wine glass.

Topez with the Prosecco bubbles & the Perrier peach flavour.

Stir with a mixing spoon.
