Raspberries

0.25 Oz

Rose syrup

0.25 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Cointreau

1 Oz

Sake

1 Oz

White grape juice

1 Oz

Pink sparkling wine

In a shaker, put the raspberries, pour the syrup and the lemon juice out. Crush this mix with a muddler. Fill your shaker up with ice and pour the other ingredients except the sparkling wine ! Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Empty your shaker into an old-fashioned glass and fill it up with the sparkling wine, stir it well.
