Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Caramel syrup
1 Oz
Mayday liqueur
1 Oz
Pineapple juice
3 Oz
Prosecco ruffino brut
- Ice

In a shaker, put the anise star and pour the ingredients out , EXCEPT the Prosecco.
Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour your cocktail out, through a cocktail strainer, into a coupette glass.
Top it with the Ruffino.
