A smooth cocoa and chocolate cocktail...

Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

1 Oz

Cocnut purée

2 Oz

Ginger

0.25 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.50 Oz

Chocolate liquor

1 Oz

Milk

1 Oz

10 % cream

1 Oz

Smirnoff vodka

In a shaker, use a muddler to crush the ginger with the liquid sugar cane. Pour all the other ingredients out and fill your shaker up with ice cubes. Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Use a cocktail strainer to pourthe mix out, into a Martini glass.
