0.50 Oz

Passion fruit syrup

0.50 Oz

Cointreau

1 Oz

Sake

2 Oz

Pink grapefruit juice

1 Oz

Grapefruit perrier

In a shaker full ice, pour all the ingredients out, EXCEPT the Perrier.
Shake well during 8 to 10 seconds. Pour all the mix out in a Fizz glass.
Complet with the Grapefruit Perrier and add some ice cube if you needed.
