Mint

Strawberry(ies)

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

2 Tsp

Brown sugar

0.25 Oz

Rose water

1 Oz

Bacardi white rum

2 Oz

Sparkling wine

In a shaker, muddle the strawberry pieces, the mint leaves, with the lemon juice and the sugar. Add the ice, pour the other ingredients out, fill it up with the sparkling wine and stir it well.
