Homemade wheat tortillas
To make your tacos, fajitas and enchiladas...!!!
You can replace your all purpose flour with whole wheat flour.

Kneading
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Cut the butter into small cubes and add it to the mixture.
Slowly pour in the hot water, stirring until you get a sticky dough.
Knead the dough on a floured work surface for a few minutes, then put it back into the bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 20-30 minutes.

Shaping
Cut the dough into 16 (for large tortillas) or 30 (for small ones); shape into balls and roll out into regular discs.
Let rest for 10 minutes.
Place a disc of dough in a hot, fat-free pan and cook each side for 30 seconds.
Keep them in a clean, dry cloth until serving time.
You can reheat them in the oven at 220°F.
