• Nems of confit duck and corn, vinaigrette with fresh herbs
• Carpaccio style salmon sashimi, parmesan, capers, herb oil, garlic croutons |

Price includes a 30-minute cocktail workshop followed by a 2-hour tapas workshop, and on-site tasting of the recipes created in a warm atmosphere. Taxes and additional beverages not included, gratuity much appreciated on site!
