• Tuna and shrimp tartare, diced strawberries, cilantro and peppercorn on croutons
• Duck tataki with red berries, green peas in meat jus sauce
• Moist yogurt cake, citrus sherbet, mandarin gel, lime zest whipped cream
• Fish fritters with corn and green onion, Cajun mayo |
• Beef sirloin lollipop marinated in Malabar pepper and rosemary, blanched onion purée |

The price includes a cocktail workshop on arrival, followed by a 2-hour tapas class. On-site tasting of recipes created in a unique atmosphere! Taxes and additional drinks not included, gratuity much appreciated on site!
