Beef sirloin flambéed with cognac, served with a celery root purée and lemon edamame beans |
Smoked trout, cold béarnaise with tomato, orzo with sun-dried tomatoes and parsley oil dressing |
Dark chocolate molten cake, white chocolate heart, classic vanilla custard sauce |

The price includes a cooking workshop of about 2 hours and on-site tasting of the dishes prepared, along with 3 glasses of wine selected by our sommelier during the meal. Additional drinks and taxes are not included. Tips are greatly appreciated on-site!
