Special Valentin Day: Chic menu with pairing of our sommelier, 3 glasses of wine included

• Passion fruit cream, coconut crumble, tonka bean frothed milk |
• Beef filet mignon, foie gras sauce, crispy fingerling potatoes and roasted cippolini onions |
• Salmon tartar, yogurt, fresh basil & lime zest |

The price includes a 2-hour cooking class and on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a unique atmosphere, as well as 3 glasses of wine selected by our sommelier during the meal; additional drinks and taxes are not included, gratuity much appreciated!
