CHIC MENU WITH WINE PAIRINGS
A tasty menu with pairing of our sommelier, 3 glasses of wine included
- Beef filet mignon, bearnaise sauce, candied fingerling potatoes, sauteed smoked bacon and mushrooms |
- Nordic shrimps, fennel and avocado salad, spicy mayo and fresh cilantro |
- Caramelized apples cake, sea salt crisp, lemon syrup |
The price includes a cooking workshop of about 2 hours and on-site tasting of the prepared dishes in a friendly atmosphere, as well as 3 glasses of wine selected by our sommelier during the meal. Additional drinks and taxes are not included, and a tip is greatly appreciated on-site!
