The Grandiose Mother's Day Brunch! Mimosa workshop upon your arrival! Spoil her, she deserves it!

• Lobster and scallop Thermidor gratin, fennel, tarragon, Yukon Gold potatoes and Monterey Jack cheese |
• Crabmeat in remoulade with pomelo juice, avocado pulp, apricot infused with thyme, roasted almonds |
• Waffle, shredded duck confit, crumbled goat cheese, lamb's lettuce, olive oil and lemon zest |
• Shortcake with flambéed strawberries and vanilla whipped cream |
• Green asparagus, roasted tomatoes with garlic and thyme, Burrata cheese, warm vinaigrette with candied shallots

The workshop includes a Mimosa workshop on arrival, a 2-hour cooking workshop followed by a meal tasting in our fabulous dining room! Taxes, extras not included, gratuities at your discretion much appreciated on site!
