Father's Day ! A GARGANTUAN brunch ! Mimosa workshop upon arrival !

- Maple braised ham, roasted garlic and thyme baby potatoes |
- Scrambled eggs with truffle oil and bacon |
- Glazed sausages with maple syrup and fresh rosemary |
- Giant maple and vanilla Île flottante with caramelized hazelnuts |
- Endive salad, frisée lettuce, green beans, smoked salmon and maple-mustard vinaigrette |
The price includes a Mimosa workshop upon your arrival, followed by a cooking workshop of about 2 hours and on-site tasting of the recipes prepared in a friendly atmosphere.
Taxes and additional drinks are not included, and tips are greatly appreciated on-site!
